| Rebecca Romijn's Got Milk Column |
|
When I participated in my first Milk Mustache ad in 1998, I was so proud to be a part of the campaign. Back when I was modeling, I worked hard to look my best at all times - and milk was a huge ally in helping me do so. It was an easy, delicious and healthy snack during those long days on the set - and I'm convinced it helped keep my hair, skin and nails looking their best through all those shoots!
Now, it's 2010. My modeling career has been replaced by an acting career that I love. Long nights travelling to shoots have been replaced by long nights caring for my beautiful twin girls. Although a lot has changed, one thing that has remained constant is my pride in being a part of this campaign.

| 01-11-2010: Got Milk Campaign Launch |
|
Rebecca Romijn was all smiles as she unveiled her second Milk Mustache ad — this time with her twin daughters — at the W Hotel in Los Angeles today (January 11).
The event also kicked off the got milk? ‘Great Gallon Give,’ a partnership with Feeding America to give away hundreds of thousands of gallons of milk to raise awareness of the important role milk plays in building strong families.
“I know that milk is a valuable part of building a stronger family,” says Rebecca. “For me milk is the best choice. It supplies so many nutrients that are important for my children’s development — and to my overall health, too. I encourage all moms to make it easier to build a strong family in 2010 by setting their table with milk.”

| Eastwick Season 1 Episode 10 |

Max needs Joanna’s help with a story. It involves a woman named Gloria who was murdered in Eastwick 25 years ago. The word “witch” was carved into her forehead. She was killed on the same date as Sebastian Hart, the local millionaire who died in a tragic fishing accident. If you remember, he’s the guy Joanna believed faked his death and became Darryl Van Horne. Gloria was poisoned after possibly having had a baby. An autopsy photo reveals that she was branded with the same symbol Roxie envisioned on Jamie’s body just before he placed it there himself.
Joanna and Max head out to Eleanor Rougement’s house to ask about the symbol and Gloria’s murder. Surprisingly, Eleanor is more than happy to chat. It turns out that Gloria did have a baby and gave him up for adoption. Over tea, Eleanor confirms that the baby’s father was Sebastian Hart and further confirms that Sebastian is, indeed, Darryl Van Horne.

| Eastwick Season 1 Episode 9 |
|
Roxie stands in the middle of a frozen lake when the surface beneath her feet breaks apart dropping her into the icy water below. Relax, it was just a vision. Roxie's actually at home where her hyper-critical mother, Edie, shows up at the front door. At dinner, Roxie yells at her mom for complaining about her overcooked lobster. But Edie didn't say a word. She only thought it. Yep, Roxie read her mom's mind. Anyone else ever wish they knew what their parents were really thinking?
Darryl rushes Greta Noa to the emergency room. He wants Kat to use her healing ways to save her life. Kat is distressed because she can't control her powers. Darryl begs to differ. He believes she's always been a healer. It's why she became a nurse. Kat finally admits to Roxie and Joanna that she has powers, but they failed her when she attempted to heal Greta. This leads to an all-out reveal-fest in which all three ladies give the full 411 on all of their powers. Roxie asks, "So, did we all just admit that we're witches?"

|
As Roxie works on a painting, she has a vision about getting hot and heavy with Darryl Van Horne, who is sponsoring an art event exhibiting her work. The party will feature a bevy of wealthy collectors as well as a powerful New York gallery owner. Darryl presents Roxie with a beautiful necklace to wear to the event. It happens to be the same one she’s wearing in the vision where she and Darryl get busy.
Joanna catches Jamie getting dressed at Penny’s place. She says, “You’re secret lovers. That’s what you are. Just like the song.” Feeling like Joanna has been taking her for granted lately, Penny blows off her BFF’s invitation to the art show. But she’s more than happy to accompany her no longer secret boyfriend, Jamie. Too bad she doesn’t know her date plans on killing the host. Guess every party has a pooper.

| Rebecca's Calabasas Ranch |
|
Surrounded by the Santa Monica Mountains, Calabasas was a haven for desperadoes and willing ladies during the 1860s, when the town was a notorious stop on the Butterfield overland mail route from St. Louis to San Francisco. "It was rough-and-tumble," says local historian Rosemary Hull. "The stagecoach got people through as fast as it could because it was too dangerous to stop for long."
One of the young settlement's first homesteads later became the historic Wagon Wheel Ranch at Mulholland Highway. Today it comprises 16 acres of rolling land, including meadows, sagebrush, stands of pines, oaks and magnolias and a rustic ranch house that sits on a knoll overlooking it all. "Legend has it that Randolph Scott built the ranch house," says listing agent (and property co-owner) Marc Coleman of Coldwell Banker, referring to the popular cowboy actor who later channeled his movie money into an eight-figure fortune in oil and real estate. "We know it was a brothel and gambling den. The property changed hands many times, won and lost in poker games."

The Witches of Eastwick TV spin-off, Eastwick, is officially a flop in America - ABC bosses have refused to order additional episodes of the series.
Ratings dipped after the show, starring Rebecca Romijn, debuted in September and even a guest slot from the actress' husband, Jerry O'Connell failed to revive interest. And now the series in on the verge of being cancelled.

Roxie has a dream in which Chad tells her to follow the signs. Then…FLASH! She’s awake. She knows that Chad is dead and is later asked by his parents to skip the funeral. Of course, in her vision, Roxie was at the service, so we’re pretty sure she’ll be there one way or another. For now, she thinks she’s found one of the signs Chad was talking about. It’s a hammer with a note on it that reads: Return to Darryl Van Horne.
Roxie returns the hammer, but there doesn’t seem to be any payoff. Darryl wonders why she’s not at Chad’s funeral, as she was there in her vision. Roxie says she was disinvited. Besides, in her vision it was raining. CUE THE THUNDER! Okay, that’s a definite sign and Roxie crashes the funeral. After the service, she meets a woman who had been giving him guitar lessons. He recorded a song for Roxie last week. Guitar girl gives Roxie a CD of the tune. She says, “It’s like he sent you a message from beyond the grave.” Freaky, huh?
