 Rebecca Romijn, Kate Moss, Elle Macpherson, Paris Hilton, Victoria "Posh Spice" Beckham and Duchess of York Sarah Ferguson are some of the 44 altruists who posed nude for charity. They'll appear in a book titled "4 Inches" - because the models are wearing Jimmy Choo stilettos. Proceeds will benefit Elton John's AIDS foundation. Prints from the photo shoot sold big at a London auction: Paris' shot (it features a Hummer) raised $46,000, while Moss' fetched $492,000.
