| Post subject: How to get a network to pick up the Pepper Dennis show? |
 |
|
I understand from tv.com that the Pepper Dennis show has been cancelled. Considering it's a top notch show something needs to be done. What can we do to actively influence the powers that be to reconsider, or for another network to pick the show up?
What decision makers can I write to about this? |

Found out the answer to my own question.
TV executives pay attention to ratings and public outcry after show cancellations to see if they're heading in the right direction. Writing in works and it did for the Everwood show that escaped the chopping block.
With public outcry we do have a chance of brining the show back. Contact details for the new head of the CW network (that replaces the WB and UPN come September), and she can make changes to programming, is as follows:
Email: dawn_ostroff@upn.com
UPN Phone#: (310) 575-7000
Dawn Ostroff, President
United Paramount Network

I plan on this being my last post unless there are replys.
One of the other WB shows, Everwood, got a second season, I believe in part due to fans organizing and writing in about saving the show. Their campaign didn't work for this upcoming season though...
Hopefully by everyone writing into the WB message board we can save the Pepper Dennis show, one of the best shows I've seen on t.v.
The URL again for the Pepper Dennis show is, http://www2.warnerbros.com/web/all/link/partner.jsp?url=http://www.thewb.com/?frompage=sitemap |
