New Yorkers who are not heavyweights in the fashion industry are, for the first time tonight, being offered a ringside spot at N.Y.C. Fashion Week's largest runway show.
At 8 p.m., in Times Square (Broadway, between 43rd a 44th Sts.) the city's Millennium Committee is staging a unique, open-air catwalk show featuring one-of-a-kind creations from the world's leading designers.

Familiar faces expected on the giant ramp include Ivanka Trump, supermodel couple Mark Vanderloo and Esther Canadas (modeling Donna Karan), John Stamos and Rebecca Romijn (sporting Tommy Hilfiger).
